customer support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Handling phone calls and managing inquiries from international clients<\/li>\n<li>Managing and following up on commercial emails<\/li>\n<li>Preparing, issuing, and tracking commercial offers<\/li>\n<li>Processing and monitoring customer orders<\/li>\n<li>Providing administrative and back office support to the export sales team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sales support<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Sending catalogues and promotional materials<\/li>\n<li>Translating and reviewing commercial and technical documents<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring large international projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Logistics &amp; operations<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing logistics and coordinating international shipments<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with the warehouse for order preparation<\/li>\n<li>Coordinating with production to ensure deadlines are met<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>International documentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Managing export and import documentation (including returns)<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing transport invoices and handling logistics incidents<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and managing DUAs<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and submitting INTRASTAT declarations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Invoicing &amp;
